"I sold two
homes last year via email
. that is by emailing detailed photographs
from my digital camera that I always keep with me. I can even take shots of the
neighborhood, which you don't see from most flyers or ads."
Tim has
received numerous awards including the Century 21 Centurion® Award in
1996 placing him in the top 1% of Century 21 agents worldwide.
1996 Centurion® Award, presented at the Century 21 International

Born and
raised in DuBois, Pennsylvania, Tim moved west first to Southern California and
later to Northern California where he graduated from Livermore High School and
attended UC Berkeley. Following a successful career as a food broker, Tim
embarked on a career in mortgage finance in the late 80's that led to his real
estate career.
"During my
years in the loan business I learned the ins and outs of financing which has
been a great help to both my buyers and sellers. There are a great variety
of loan products available now that make owning a home much simpler than in
years past. I particularly like 5 and 7 year fixed rate loans with no points
and low closing costs which many buyers are finding work to their advantage
since they typically move within that time frame."

from Phoenix. A great summer getaway.
"I believe in
maintaining the highest ethical standards at all times. I always work on my
clients' behalf----for example, I point out the negatives as well as the
positives when working with buyers---I respect the fact that this most
important decision is YOURS not mine. I work hard to keep you informed, I
negotiate in your best interest at all times and I appreciate the opportunity
of helping you with your home search. Thanks!"
